I can't understand how, if an entity alleging to have a product to offer, and fails (has failed miserably and has a bad track record) to deliver time after time can be allowed to stay in business ? Are there not LAWS in the United States encated to enforce the protection of the American people ? When an organization delivers FRAUD how is it that they are still bilking innocent people and not BEHIND BARS ? Eventually they'll pay for sure but why not now ? Tim Groveland, Florida U.S.A.
